Thursday Truck Pickup at Ameriscapes

1. Do not lock the trucks.
2. Meet at Fern Creek Church at 7:30 p.m.  3839 S Ferncreek Ave, Orlando, FL 32806  google map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/PFuTYQT4aNkuP97L8 
3. Leave your cars there and split into two vehicles for the drive.
4. As a group, drive to Ameriscapes on 532 Hames Ave, Orlando, FL 32805.  Google map link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/jTaTpDn3GDm87DEx8 
5. Shuttle drivers wait until all trucks are out the gate and gate is locked before leaving.  
6. The team lead distributes keys, each with a letter matching the truck’s letter. 
7. Find your truck letter on the dashboard or under the wiper—place it on the dash if it’s outside.
8. Check that the parking space letter matches your truck letter before taking the truck. The letter will be attached to the trailer or fence, usually.  Try to find it if it fell off.  
9. Drive carefully back to Fern Creek Church via surface streets.  
10. Park north-south with engines facing the church, south side of the field, open tailgates facing the mulch. 
11. Open the tailgates, leave keys in the ignition.  Team lead will pick up the keys all at once.
12. Do not lock the trucks—under any circumstances.
13. Once keys are in, tailgate open—you’re free to go!
